Okay...so I downloaded this iPhone app called Bucket List. I'm the type of person who has a TON of life goals. I don't think that's a bad thing either. I never want to be the person who stops believing dreams can come true or that I am too old to try something new. My mom is in her 50's and has been divorced from my dad for about 3 years now...they were married for over 30 years. She says there are things she wants to do and I try to encourage her to go to college or do whatever she wants!! I believe that the decision is up to us, so age shouldn't matter!! Anyway, I thought I'd share my Bucket List with you and hope you'll come up with one of your own....here goes! (I'll try to put some info to explain as I go along...)
1. Get a bachelor's degree (I'm a senior in college now!)
2. Get a master's degree (I want to be a principal)
3. Visit NASA in Houston, TX (I LOVE science and want to learn as much as I can about our solar system)
4. Be debt free
5. Run a 5k
6. Own a home
7. Record a song in a studio (I love to sing! More than anything)
8. Meet Ryan Dungey (Supercross/Motocross Champion)
9. Meet the Backstreet Boys (I've loved them for 12 years!!!)
10. Visit Vegas (i think this one is self explanatory!)
11. Campaign for the 2012 GOP Candidate (Don't judge me!)
12. Visit Canada
13. Take a really long road trip
14. Ride in an airplane (I'm SUPER claustrophobic!!)
15. Learn guitar
16. Watch a live Supercross race
17. Watch a live Motocross race
18. Visit Paris
19. Speak French fluently (I've been speaking French for about 9 years or so)
20. Run a half marathon
21. Drive a race car
22. See a Broadway show
23. Publish a book
24. Visit a talk show
25. Own a Louis Vuitton purse
26. See the Aurora Borialis
27. Bungee Jump
Wow...27 things. I find things to add to my list all the time! There is so much that life has to offer and we would be stupid to not take it up on those offers!!! God created a beautiful world and we should want to explore it and see different cultures and learn as much as we can!! I do anyway! I love meeting people who are inspirational and I hope I can be inspirational to at least one person someday!
